On 9 May 2009, the galleries of Albert Street, in Richmond, Victoria, will invite the public to join with exhibiting artists in a series of contemporary art conversations for their annual open day. Eight galleries, each with guest speakers and all on the one street, will make it the happeningest art hub on the block. The Albert Street Galleries comprise: Shifted, Karen Woodbury, Anita Traverso Gallery, Jenny Port Gallery, John Buckley Gallery, Sophie Gannon Gallery and Alison Kelly Gallery.
